I created an interactive, online welcome packet to onboard the volunteers using Rise so that learners can easily access and revisit content prior to leaving the US, upon arrival to their site, and during their service-based adventure. |

How to create an online course.This project was designed to train consultants and professors on how to create their own online courses using best online teaching practices in accordance with accreditation standards. The client was a Business School from a University that was launching, for the first time, online courses using a new cloud based LMS.
I created a model online course, based on their hard-copy training materials using the guidelines of international accreditation standards. This approach was vital to set institute expectations for the consultants and professors’ future courses. |

Needs Analysis FrameworkThe Needs Analysis Framework is a tool to help the Learning and Development team conduct a brainstorming interview to find a learning solutions for the business problem.
I incorporated questions, templates and guided scenarios to help identify the specific problem and decide what tool would be most effective to use; for example, job aids, workflow performance or training. A sample of this framework can be found below. |
